With us just having just eight under 14s we have to make up with our under 12s. These girls went out and played really well against an unbeaten team sitting top of the league. Although the score line doesn’t reflect it, this was a hard tough game with Brídíní Óga fighting for every ball. Rachel was everywhere, followed by Catherine feeding the ball into forwards who tried for a score, Leona, Victoria, Bronagh tried very hard, so near but yet so far. The back line was under pressure most of the game, Sarah clearing as may balls as she could. Ciara had some great clearances out to Roisin and Dervla. Girls you kept the heads up and played your best till the end. That’s what we ask you to do and you gave 100%.

Well done girls (Well done to Rachel - for 1st time in a match she did not break her stick!)
