Another good team effort on Wednesday evening in Randalstown, despite a few regulars missing from the line-up. Everyone stepped up to the mark and gave 100% -nothing more could be asked of them. Well done to Danielle on her first senior match and also a great effort from Bronagh.
We conceded a few early scores but were well in touch going into the break at 0-5 to 0-2 down. However our morale was hit by the concession of a sloppy goal right on half-time.
The girls re-grouped though and played most of the second half in Randalstown half. We deserved more scores than we actually got, but Caoimhe hit some great points and sent Shauna through for a superb goal.
